It is worth noting that if you purchase insurance online with Caravela, you automatically become a Cliente Azul and are exempt from policy issuance fees.

How is my privacy and personal data protected in digital insurance documentation?

Caravela, as the entity responsible for processing personal data, uses the necessary technical security measures to protect its customers’ privacy and ensure the highest level of protection for the personal data collected.

It also gives priority to compliance with all applicable legal rules on privacy and data protection, as well as the changes introduced when the General Data Protection Regulation came into force on 25 May 2018.

Are there any additional costs for receiving or managing digital insurance documents?

No. There is no extra cost for managing insurance online. The purpose of this option is simply to make processes faster while giving customers more choice.

Even though digital customers receive documents by email, it is still possible to access duplicate copies of the documentation at any time through several online channels.
